Indus IT Valley Australia is a Sydney-based IT consulting practice. We work end to end: from mapping a business's existing processes through to the pipelines, data models and reports that run on top of them, rather than handing off a dashboard and leaving the data underneath it unresolved.
A report is only as reliable as the pipeline feeding it. Before we build anything visible, we trace where the data actually comes from, how it's structured, and where it tends to break, because that's where most "reporting problems" actually live.
We build from a single semantic or dimensional data model wherever possible, so a business ends up with one consistent set of metrics feeding every dashboard and report, rather than a different version of the truth in each one.
Every engagement is documented (data mappings, transformation rules, runbooks) with the goal of leaving a system a business's own team can maintain, not one that depends on us indefinitely.
We size the architecture to the business. That usually means pragmatic data warehousing and automation rather than a platform built for a scale the business doesn't have yet, with a clear path to grow it later.
